Was a good learning curve for me as I was responsible for the overall operations of the company

It was an eye opener as I was used to work for a big organisation It had its own challenges like dealing with difficult guest / employees as well etc.. I had a challenge working with a company that had vast tribalism. But manged to enforce good working relationships I learnt that even through I was on the minority side but good working ethics are crucial That was my major challenge

Pros: there wasn't opportunity to grow as it was a family business
Cons: I was forced at times to work 24/7 on support evenings

A GOOD LEARNING CURVE, WAS IN CHARGE OF 15 EMPLOYEES

Was a good exposure, eye opener I was running the show mostly alone, made me realize I could be a good team leader came across challenging issues, leant that a customer is always right

Good exposure

learnt a lot, had 15 employees under me, dealt with difficult clients, but managed to dealt with them. I never realized I had potential of becoming a leader until I was left to run the whole show, managing employees, clients doing everything, which was good for me

LEARNING CURVE

a work day not impressive good working relationships with subordinates except for the owner to have all agreements in writing i enjoyed when i filled apartments with guests challenge was dealing with difficult clients

Pros: great meeting all kinds of people from diffrent walks of life
Cons: workisng long hours and weekend

Was a learning curve

busy as I was running the office alone had good relationship with fellow employees learnt that when you get a job , got to have a contract- everything has got to be in writing not verbal was happy when I managed to fill the apartments challenge was when you get difficult clients

Pros: Leant to be a responsible person as I ran this company alone at times
Cons: were long hours at times
