A day in the life of a Lunaut :-)

LudfdsfLuno is a great company to work for, they´re not just customer obsessed, but they´re obsessed with their employees. We are not micro managed, they trust us to deliver and because of that we want to deliver. We get daily cooked meals, we have coffee stations, fruit, snacks all provided by the company. We get to sit anywhere we want, on a couch on the floor in an office, as long as we do our jobs. The company is not as diversed as yet, but they are getting there. I think I said all the things I most enjoy about my company. The most challenging part of the job right now is that leadership is not as equipped to work with the influx of people they are hiring. They also have a set type or group of people that worked for Luno, but the hiring criteria is different, and leadership appears to be a bit overwhelmed with that.

Pros: The company is still very new, so many opportunities will still arise within the company.
Cons: The last minute rotation of shifts, it makes planning ahead a bit difficult.

Awesome company to work for with a fantastic work culture.

Every day at the beginning of our shift, we would have a team huddle to get up to date with any changes made within policies and products being offered. We also use this an opportunity to motivate one another for the day ahead. I have learnt a lot of patience and was exposed to the cryptocurrency world. I always enjoy assisting customers and the fact that I was able to do so via email, chat and calls was beneficial. The most challenging aspect, specifically, was assisting customers who have been scammed as there is not much one can do besides showing empathy and that continue with the customer love.

Pros: Excellent opportunity for growth as well as Udemy courses
Cons: I honestly cannot think of any cons
