A learning Curve

Duties: Data Capture, Consultant, Customer Service,Printing and Scanning *I meet different people everyday with different background but the same focus(finding jobs) my communication skills have improved. I enjoy helping those who don't understand and computer illiterate.My challenging aspects is when the applicant come for the second time expecting me to give them a second chance in the assessments they failed.

Pros: Good place to groom my experiance
Cons: Longs during the week, NOT on weekends

i am an open girl currently live at Mamelodi east now i am a volunteer @ lulaway company .i am a girl who dont want to stay without doing nothing so i volunteer at lulaway to keep me company and to improve my cv .i am a hardworker and i work under pressure,i am loyal,honestly and i am always available .i spent most times in computer.my relationship with my co-worker are very good i enjoy to be with them they are open like me.ive learn a lot and how to be friendly to other people.The most thing i enjoyed is that i ve met different people with different language but there was not argument we was working without no segregation and we use to use black equality

Excellent learning curve

It was a nice learning curve got to learm to work with my peers in groups making sure that the target of the day needed it is met. Amd l got to learn to work alone and help new people with the new software interms of how the data capturing system works and also learm few things on the IT department.

Excellent learning curve

I am dependable and hard working individual and my qualifications matches the experience and skills required by this company. l I have great great hand-eye coordination with the ability to stand for long periods. And I can learn new things quickly

Good communication skills

Coming to work everyday is my desire my days are not the same some are difficult to deal with and some are the happiest ever but my priority is my job. The relationship between me and my colleagues is very good and above all we all respect each other, i am explored to do many tasks that they delegate i am learning day by day new experience. i enjoy doing my job always and i am always up to date with my tasks. the most challenging time is lack of privacy because we working in an open-plan office.

Gaining work experience

My job is Target orientated. My relationship with my co-workers are not so good. I've learnt how to manage my time efficiently and my computer/excel skills enhanced. I enjoy the short ours of work when the work load is less.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: My salary does not cover all my expenses
