Good For Learning curve
My Company is the good company because we learn a lot of work daily on how to recruit the best candidate. My manager is the best manager due to she allocates tasks in time and give you recruiting skills. My CO-workers are the best cause we communicate well and if there is any conflict we resolve it before it can go to management. I have learnt on how to be accurate, meet deadlines, schedule interviews, make cold callings, sourcing candidate, do Telephonic interviews, etc I enjoy do make cold callings the most. The most challenging aspect is that souring the right candidate cause you have never meet candidate he or she is on the system and when phone is on the voice mail.

Some days are better then others
Its a fast pace working environment like any other working environment some days are hectic and some are relaxed The stuff is welcoming once they get to know u better and are comfortable around you I have learnt anything with reference to what i thought id learn as the post was advertised as an Internship and as per my knowledge being and intern means you are taught more about the job and actually given an opportunity to be hands on but rather i do normal day to day duties of an administrator

Good opportunity for entry level. Good working environment.
A typical day at work includes us workers doing data capturing, calling candies for more information about their work and educational history. The relationship between workers is good, we work as a team which makes us reach our expected targets. What i enjoy the most is working with different candidates of different backgrounds, it gives you an inside of what different people want to accomplish. I've learned how to manage time properly and how to to work with different people.. the most challenging thing about the job was when we were asked to work overtime because certain deadlines were to be met.

Improvement in my communication skills
I am a optimisic unemployed person who has spent the last period looking for work. Friends & family would describe me as well mannered. Others strongly believe in my ability to treat others with respect. My critics may prefer to refer to me as self-indulgent - I am the most important person in my life Within a team, I prefer an organising role and naturally approach life in a courageous (doing what is right and not popular or easy) manner. Friends and family would suggest that my ideal role is one which utilises my objective and unbiased decision making and provides me with challenges that stretch me. I would prefer a remuneration package which is a combination of basic salary with team performance based commission.

Excellent hands on learning
Only worked as an intern, none of the directors or seniors had any contact with me nor did they offer me a better position The salary I earned was not enough to cover fuel costs and I had to get passengers just to make it through the month . We were promised a suitable job after studying the project management nqf 4 course but the person in charge of doing so for us resigned which meant that our team fell back and never really got any real jobs so that is why I am unemployed now

Excellent learning curve
Lulaway is a great company that does great things for the country. The most exciting part about my work is I get to engage myself with our our candidates. I have a great team and strong support from my seniors. There's is nothing that keeps me going like a challenge,With the experience I learned and gained skills such as facilitating, Administrative skills, customer service and dealing with clients Face to Face. Lulaway is a really good learning platform and exciting platform to discover your strength and capabilities.

Excellent for work experience. Internship.
A typical work day would be myself and my collegues capturing data given to us by the applicants. I do have a good relationship with my co-workers, because we have great communication skills and speak to each other in a civil manner. I have learnt that working with people on a daily basis is not that simple, as you are dealing with people from different spheres of life and with totally different personalities. What I enjoy the most about my job is the atmosphere, and the ability to work with different people, because it is quite a challenge.
Pros: Get a permanent position
Cons: Long hours, so much to do and the pay is not good.
