Your appearance is very important, clean cut, make up on and look presentable. Our boutique is lively and I work with people who are more than just co-workers but people you can learn and absorb a lot from.I learn a lot on a daily basis at work but one thing I'd set apart from every other lesson is the power or art of selling, you meet so many different people in a day and you learn you have to be that good highlight of their day: key point- Customer Service. Customers/Consumers will never forget great service and your face just as they wont forget your bad service. So you make it worth their while. On another point our clothing is expensive because our clothes are imported internationally straight to South Africa so it becomes a challenge to introduce/ familiarize new customers about our brand and how much our clothes cost. some will back away because of the price tag but you also have those who value quality in clothing and will be willing to pay any price for a lifetime piece/ garment.

Pros: You get to sell quality clothing that always makes the customer loyal and always coming back
Cons: long working hours

Worst job ever

Firstly there is no room for growth management has no intrest in their emplyees unless you a good friend of theirs you work over 180 hours with only 1 day off, no double on sundays or public holidays there is no structure at all
