Im a machine minder I set the machine and do troubleshooting and we work 11,5 that's overtime

We as team and support each other as employees and the executive committee is not supporting the employees and I would love to see the company grow up and change the way they treat thir employees

Pros: Yes but no increase
Cons: Always there is overtime

I WOULD LIKE TO FIND ANOTHER OPPOTURNITY OUTSIDE

WORKING CONDITIONS ARE NOT GOOD.GOOD RELTIONSHIP WITH MY COLLIQUES TRANSPOTATION VERY PROBEMATIC.THERE IS ALSO HARD TO GET TO WORK AS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PUBLIC TRANSPORT AN ALSO NO STAFF TRANSPORT

Excellent learning curve

Lufil packaging is very good company..it doesnt have a lot of stuff. The company is doing well every month in terms of reaching the target budget etc Lufil packaging is a Division of Bidvest paperplus, it also has other branches and sister companies

Machine operator

My job description is molding the stereo, operating the machine and fixed minor problem Repair's in to the machine and printing as well.am flexible to work long work .I believe in working as a team and individual. I enjoy my job because there is a lot of challenge I learn new things everyday

Geart Learning Curve

Its a fast paced environment where every minute counts, its always worse on Tuesdays where we do a lot of receiving but we have to keep supply of raw materials to the machines for production. It is a very nice challenge and the people whom one works with makes it easy to work for we always work hand in and as a team. I have over the past 6 years learned almost everything about the stores from the receiving, dispatching, inventory management, issuing, receipt, purchasing and stock takes on a weekly basis. I always feel comfortable and happy when i do stock take, issuing and Purchasing. Due to the fact that there's a lot of movement Inventory Management is always tricky but i have grown to have better way of dealing with any challenge that comes across.
