Used - Secretarial or Administrative - Computer Literacy a must! - Excel Spread sheets - Excel & Outlook knowledge essential - General Admin – filing, leave forms, etc. - Request quotations - Place orders - Document scanning - Switchboard function - Cash monitoring - All admin relieve duties - Excellent Interpersonal skills - Good organising skills - Go-getter personality - Professionalism - Honesty and Integrity - Enthusiasm - Ability to work under pressure

Pros: No promotionn no pension, no overtime
Cons: Long overtime hours

Excellent learning experience

I am a sales consultant where personal assistants call and arrange bookings for me with potential clients and then i go out and meet up with them at their work or home where i then explain our product and educate them on how to begin, how it works and then make a sale or reschedule a next booking for further information. I have learned that time is money and its not easy to confince stubborn people. I enjoy going out to meet new people and see new places.

Pros: Traveling and meeting new people
Cons: No shows of clients and cancelations
