My work life at Lucky Star Limited

- Do daily planning the first 30 minutes of the day - Start with drawing the Held orders report and emails it to the Sales Managers for review. - Have at least one meeting per day with one of the claims claims to discuss outstanding claims. - Review and post receipts and credits captured by team members. - Review and communicate.cashflow for the day. - Handle difficult customer quesries via telephone. - Review and approve customer masterdata changes. I get along fairly well with co-workers. We have healthy interaction regarding work matters. We talk and find solutions to queries. Team work is imperative to the success in the department and business as a whole. I am aware that I need to stay open to new ideas. Developing people enhance growth and success in the department. Solving work problems. Healthy interaction with people to find solutions. Meeting deadlines. Waiting for information from other departments to meet my deadlines.

Cons: Reliant on other departments information. Hamper ability to meet deadlines

Excellent Challenging experience

Challenging experience. Learning of new things everyday. Learned that time management very is important. To treat every aspect of my work as urgent. Accuracy was of high importance due to working with LC shipments on a daily basis. Having a good relationship with clients and service providers was really important in order to make your daily work experience so much easier.

Cons: No room for growth
