Learnt a lot with dealing with staff, stock taking, stock control above all running of the business

It has been a great learning curve. Day to day running of the restaurant, from opening the shop yo closing at te end of the day. Dealing with different characters, desiplining of staff. Handling of stock making sure that food cost is low.

Good learning experience

Great company,growing fast in the industry expanding its horizons. They could be a little bit more interested in the needs of their staff and more attentive. Great learning curve but i could with a better salary given my experience and amount of years that i have been loyal to the company.

Pros: Great chance broaden my horizons
Cons: salary not enough for the work put in
