Excellent learning environment

I have take on many tasks as I work for more then one dept. It gets very busy during month end time. But I manage well with my time management skills

Didn't have opportunity for learning improvement

Improper on job training and lack of discipline by department's head. Having said that,I learnt more on labelling and picking properly using my previous experience as well as handling of materials through handling equipment safely and effectively when receiving or dispatching of stock. Client liaison and communication with co workers to improve for the better.

Pros: Less opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working long hours with short breaks

Good company for growth

They offer opportunities for studying and growth which is very helpfully to employees.Theres also an opportunity for growth if you willing to learn from other departments, Employees are the right to speak up about their concerns
