Growth is essential to me

I am in charge of 14 companies. I draft contracts and vet service providers. I engage alternatively appoint counsel in matter bound for court. Currently I am involved in litigation with a service provider based on GCC 2010 contract. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and an excellent relationship with the HOD's and CEO as I work with them on daily basis on projects. Yesterday I had to draft an outsourcing policy for all the entities which required me to have various meeting with the HOD's and engineers with regards to them outsourcing work to external parties.

Pros: Exciting enviroment and new challenges daily with regards to stakeholder management.
Cons: Long working hours though acceptable and manageble they do take a toll on you. Financial incentives is what what makes me want to leave as clearly I will never grow. I have been acting in this position however I am not being remunerated for this.

Excellent learning experience

I was given an opportunity to work in a team and firstly be a subordinate (field surveyor). Thereafter, my contribution was recognized and I was then appointed as one of the team leaders in the facilities management department. Working at LTE gave the opportunity to adapt to changes in the working environment since I worked at the office and on site. My passion for project management was enhanced. Working at LTE was such an exceptional experience. The company is an organization that puts it's workers at the centre of it's functionality. I must say that most of my proficiencies were put a test snce handling a project has many dynamics. However I enjoyed every challenge I came across because I was given an opportunity to learn, lead and deliver the best work at the end of the project.

Pros: Good working exposure
Cons: HR department structure is hierarchical: worker's grievances are suppressed.

Not much to write about

I have an open door policy in assisting colleagues with work or personal problems. I have an excellent relationship with Executive Management. I resolve issues with external and internal stakeholders more specifically clients and sub-contractor with the main aim of avoiding litigation at all costs. Previously I worked in a surgery where I was in charge of managing medical aid account and interact directly with Medical Aid Service providers in the event of disputes with regards to claims submitted on behalf of the practitionr.

Pros: Learning and being exposed to various scenarios which is part of learning curve.
Cons: Being available at all times when called for a meeting with management and clients even after hours or during weekends. Travelling out of the province is a regular occurrence which forms part of my job description.

Excellent learning curve

I am a hard worker and a fast leaner, team worker and would like to have this position as I believe new environment comes with new experience and learning new things is something I'm always seeking everyday of my life.
