Not a great company to work for at all if you are a hard worker they will break you

Terrible place to work I worked 12 - 14 hours a day I was short staffed and had requested help on many occasion and this never happened. Management is dishonest and never kept to agreements made with employee's. I worked well with my staff who were also under tremendous pressure my requests fro training and support never materialized. I learnt how not to run a business working there no clear sense of what they were doing , employed the incorrect people into senior positions and then you have to answer to someone who has no idea what they were doing. Your leave was always being cancelled and you were only allowed to take a few days off at a time. What I enjoyed most was the day I left that place. My recommendation is to never work for them you will regret it and it will ruin you personal life.

No growth...you just a number. No appreciation. Overlooked. Used. Unfair Backstabbers No support.. They will use and spit you out And not care one bit. You u a walkover and just accept,u will be ok but stand up for yourself the u will never be in there good books

Excellent opportunities for creating many ideas. Being able to create supply chain system.

Day to day running of the buying department. Always in good relationships with co-workers as they understand why i am working That sometimes we look far for opprotunities. the freedom to build a well structured department Be nice to people but tough on the rules. When you are trying to bring everyone on the same page.

Good

It out is a very good company I have learnt how to work under pressure. I have also learnt how to multi task and to deal with different people. It is a very busy industry however working as a team we always succeed. The team work has helped me to be able to do finish on time

Excellent learning experience

My previous employment at LSG gave me real. Experience in Finance, it was a good company to work for i gaimed a lot of experience and it really prepared me for the future and all thr challenges that afinance department bring.

Proactive and fast leaening,hardworking person

Working under pressure makes me grown as an individual and motivate me because it gives me well power to do my best everyday. I also want to be a team leader in my department because it helps to improve better knowledge in work relation.

Excellent learning experience

LSG is has a very fast passed financial environment, adhering to deadline is mendatory. Have a good communication with my colleagues. And also learnt a lot on how to always be on top of your and get payments from clients

Great learning Curve and allows you to be out of your comfort zone

Excellent company to work for unfortunately due to covid they were forced to close their doors and retrenched all employees in South Africa and a few more internationally

Pros: Great opportunity for growth/ was going to be promoted before Covid hit
