This is the company where we employed people as Representatives .We manage,lead and motivate them to achieve certain goals.They mostly exceed their target and achieve the company goal as we have good communication .I have learn that motivated worker can easily achieve the goal set for him /her.I have enjoyed seeing compay making its profit as well exceeding the target.The challenging if this job is when you have lift the spirit for newly employed Representative in the company.

I am Sphamandla Cele who is working as Manager at LSA investment for almost 8years as a manager.I have B.com degree in Management and Insurance ,have attain attain the following skills like management,supervising ,leading and motivating. I am also can work u der pressure. That is all I can say about my self.
