we unpacked about 2-5 boxes of stock a week, always on a strict deadline, We provided great customer service, we had early morning and late night shifts, without team work your goals can not be achieved.

Excellent working environment

Relationship with co workers were good,money is good just long hours and lots of pressure coming from management . The most challenging aspect of the job is to balance between tasks and customers and top management want tasks done by EOD. I’ve learnt to deal with different people and personalities. I enjoyed the the fu team incentives and competitions

Terrible treatment

Terrible treatment with long hours and less to no pay at all.. Taking advantage of the employee's need to have a job. ve a jobrude and racist management in the company and no safety for the employees

Excellent challenge in a high volume environment

Excellent challenge in a high volume environment, easy to grow within brand, new experience everyday. Team and colleagues all eat, sleep the Lovisa culture. I have learnt how to coach team and how to open and close stores. |I enjoy learning about people and you can come across many different personalities all in one place. The most challenging is the hours and there are no allowances or benefits in the role.
