Excellent learning curve
i usually worked about 8 hours a day setting meets for the employer and answer calls we a good relationship with co-workers but i wanted to work for only 1 year because i wanted to get the one year experience than i want to work in an another place .I learn a lot in working in the reception in how to communicate with clients and how to be friendly .What i enjoyed the most was communicating with people the most challenging aspect was to be always friendly event when people were very angry

Excellent leadership experience
I have enjoyed working at loveLife I have volunteered for 2 years now. In 2014 I was in 1 year contract and then I came back on 2015 to volunteer up until now. Ihave gain invaluable experience workingwith ppeople

Excellent acumen for training
-I work effectively in a team -I put all that I do in perspective each day, on a work plan -I am an enthusiastic learner who enjoys navigating through new content -I deal with people and sometimes it is a challenge to pool differently opinionated people into one podium of reasoning. -I enjoy working on challenging tasks and triumphing over with solutions.
Pros: Great opportunities for learning and development, including promotion of-course.
Cons: Working over weekends, long travelling to distant destinations.

It was excellent job to develop someone
Working at love life was a great experience because Im now a responsible young man who, can work under any state, meaning under pressure nd I find it easily to work with people of different cultures, religion and beliefs. I can organize a successful event by myself, I can make a great team leader, not forgetting being a motivational speaker to young people who think life have drained them.
Pros: It was a great opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning
Iits an open opportunity for the youth, because you learn to work with different people from different cultures, province, it also help us to engage in different slort activities and leads rn how to implement the sporting codes, learn the challenge, meaning how to deal with rising challenges in your planning and execution of the rivht plan

Excellent learn curve and a great way to boost your self confidence
My job is mostly very independent. I'm mostly on my own at the clinic representing loveLife. On a typical day ill do health talks. Educating patients on certain health issues. I host events at schools as well as health education. I have a great relationship with my colleagues, especially my coordinator. My most challenging aspect when I started at loveLife. I didn't receive training and no one to guide me. So most of the things I know today is self taught, I took on myself to make the best of a bad situation.
Pros: Not having to work all day

Do facilitation then capture the Data of the report you made and spread sheet for monthly report My relationship with my coworkers is very positive and good because I manage very well to work with people I've learnt so much about cooperative world like working under pressure and surviving hectic work schedule time management I enjoy most working with people learning new thing from them The most challenge is positive its self challenge because one has work on reaching the target and that's nice
