At times when you look at what you do in a day you just feel like you deserve more.

it can be very rough especially when one has cut-offs to meet. my co workers are bubbly, loving but yet we fight a lot. I have learned how to really handle pressure and always giving your best at what you do. I enjoy the people I work wit they make you rather feel at home than at work. the most challenging is that whether you do your best it always seems as if the supervises are searching for the bad.

Pros: opportunity for learning, opportinity for growth in career and promotion
Cons: no time for family, discrimination of race salary wise

With 15+ the company has manged to grow and is able to pay every employee an affordable salary

workers are very supportive to each other. new ideas are encouraged and implemented. indeed has a sense of purpose "I help people get jobs" to be honest this company used to be like a home but then it moved and it is now such a nasty place to be on a daily basis. the boss is always shouting at everyone and even telling us how quick he can find a replacement.

Pros: feeling more competent, boost self esteem and make me forget about my troubles
Cons: feeling insecure and very small for you are shouted infront of al other colegues, no stability in the staff because they fire and hire every time.

Challenging

Very busy all the time Relationship with co-workers is good I do not enjoy the job as management is not good I enjoy working with people Challenging is to satisfy the workers and that their salaries is 100%

Pros: I deal with a lot of people
Cons: No benefits and management not good
