Safety officer..inspections underground

I started to work on this company the year 2011 and enjoyed working for this company, meeting new people, I enjoyed interacting with the people, having good relationship with all people, sometimes I have bad days were I report at 6:00 & knock off st 18h00 due to other job related commitments. I enjoyed my job the most of all, I do my work without fear or favour. I have learn a lot since I joined this company 1. Team work 2 Don't pass any substandard(condone) 3. Effective communication amongst the workers minimised accidents. 4. Caring...if one person Is injured not at work all team members are worried, they visit him at the hospital / Home The most challenging aspect of my job is people most time they don't love me and need favours and I am not the type of people with favours.

Pros: I think I am the right person for the job as I have 15 yrs experience
Cons: Working long hrs is not a problem if is an emergency

Good training offered.

I do maintenance in day to day routine, installation of new instrument, updating plc and scada and work according to safety standard to look over our fellow employees and apply respect to each worker, learn a lot with programming and team work to archive zero harm, and enjoy working under open leadership management.

Pros: great chances for coarse training
Cons: normal working hours

Career growth

I work as a HR Administrator for lonmin Platinum mine at a shaft called Rowland , working for lonmin is a great experience because as an administrator you are accountable for everything from employees to reporting , it's at times challenging because its an industry that is very challenging , but the best is having a good team to work with . I have learned a lot about different practices and diversity in the mining industry . I enjoy the most seeing the help that we give improve the lives and the safety of our employees

Cons: no knock off time

15 yrs hruman resources experience. Training. Recruitment and selection. Employee relations. . Employee benefits. Payroll . Etc.highly unionised environment. Ccma representative. Work flow engineering committee member. Safety committee member.. emergency stand by committee member

Pros: Communication skills encouraged . Presentation skills. Negotiations skills. presentation skills. Time management skills
Cons: No chances of bursary.
