As the Psychometric Administrator working in an environment of plenty of people daily, running and coordinating the assessments in with in the Assessments department, I do enjoy my duty daily though sometimes it is difficult working with unskilled people whereby I have to explain same thing every day, and I loved working with my three college and my manager, because we are working together to reach one goal, co-cooperativeness job rotation it is the most important in my team, sharing ideas. However I need changing of environment hence I have worked for Lonmin for 10 year 8 months and development from diverse places. I need to grow. I have learned that teamwork, communication and challenges are the most effective keys in the working environment. The most interesting part in my role is to write the report Assessing, training the candidates. I dislike miss communication in terms of work related matters.

In order to achieve my goals in life, that is to be among the top decision making people
I have the ambition to accept and pursue bigger challenges and hence the desires to various know more about task, testing and exploring new ideas. The related experience that i have gained in this discipline overtime gives me the ability to do job even more. In order to achieve my goals in life, that is to be among the top decision making people in any sphere of life, I have to move ahead and take steps in the positive direction. I am an energetic, enthusiastic individual whose attention to detail compliments my analytical approach to projects resulting in consistent and creative conclusions. Strong organizational and visualization abilities serve as an effective foundation for the planning and implementation of accurate decisions under pressure. I’m a very good team player who is able to use own initiative to achieve company objectives with thoroughness and consistency being an advantage.

Accountable for the establishment and maintenance of administrative systems and processes to support the effective and efficient recording, tracking, management and mitigation of risk as well as support the Risk Manager in the implementation and roll-out of risk management programmes within the Mining Division.

Customer service, attention to detail, hard worker, passionate about people
I'm passionate about people, work independently or as a team, I'm a team player, I adapt to change easily, I learn fast. I was a payroll administrator for officials. I handle queries very well and give feedback to customer's. Mine companies are wonderful you learn a lot and I think I love human capital even more. We worked from 7:15 till 16:00 and I was used to that and the most typical work day I would say when we had to issue payslips and queries come in numbers and they must be resolved. I learnt a lot in mining sector that why I would love to see myself doing human capital. I had a wonderful relationship with my coworkers and most important thing is to understand each other not forgetti respect for each other. Most challenging aspects of the job was when an employee would change banking details late or after deadlines. Those were challenging things as well as under payments.

Entry level position
We working two Saturdays a month and two weekends off in a month. There is no development as we see people from outside being developed more than people working internally. It is an issue that we have no resolution about and it keeps on going on.
Pros: Rare opportunity to be developed by the company
Cons: No matter how hard you try to prove your ability is just a waste of time
