Risk management in industrial, aviation, mining and agriculture.

Professionalism in all aspects of risk management, ability to reduce crime to an acceptable level at a corporate with about 28 000 workforce. I have tackled crime head, taking zero tolerance. In addition good at motivation work force to work as well as possible giving their level best. Failures (to a less extend) have also allowed that at Least I improve to strengthen the security department and company at large. I am known for execution, am always to advise on matters of importance without taking credit. In contrast, likes to give credit where it is due i.e if a junior brings in innovative ideas, I like to give credit in a way being fair and motivational.

Pros: Opportunity to put into practice what I learnt at tertiary (BTech, MBA), experience etc.
Cons: hard worker, playing it fair, trusting in God.

I like playing fair, working hard and above all trusting in God.

Besides my qualifications, I have also proposed a security software (a global software) and busy presenting it hoping to find interested stakeholders. I have introduced some products for the agricultural sector (collar tracking GPS) devices and have received a lot of support mostly from farmers as they have incurred massive losses with regards to stock theft. My research (MBA) will be centred around crime (nationally) and hope to help reduce such to an acceptable level. Besides I also proposed a show on TV (Crime Free Mzansi) and hope to push till it is a success. It si just to help communities to talk more about crime, to be aware and not to be silence.

Pros: An opportunity to share and help further the interest of the security department of the mining industry.
Cons: hard working, playing fair
