Working for construction u get to learn many other Jobs within the work place

Workplace is an environment that gives u a platform to learn more everyday... Guys at work can teach u more about the jobs that they do although it can be physically heavy jobs u ddnt expect to do but most of the jobs are great coz it gives u experience. Driving around also improves knowledge of roads and other provinces within or outside the country.

Pros: U can grow within the company via learning more on the Job even getting a promotion.
Cons: Physical hard work is 1 of the cons

Good experience

Excellent diversity ethos

A typical day would be to scan my inbox and respond to e-mails that require urgent attention. Monitor the call logging application and assist or reassign accordingly. A constant update of documents.

Learning curve great opportunities

Great learning opportunity bit no management support, very selfish and only taking cares of themselves and if you don't have a degreyof is young enough there preference won't be seen and promote not often, cucurtain areas are taking well cate of although all the eork stays the same, Salary also not good if you aren't in a head office or really big branch, not included with decisions and also some managers take all the glory when a corclient is signed
