Learn to manager your money wisely

I work well with people .I can clearly say that I am people person.becouse my current job allow me to interact with different people whom I refer to as my clients.in loanfin the company offers loans only. but my clients would come wnd visit me to advice them about life and what not.as with staff I get along perfectly fine with them.having a gud relationship with your colleagues is very important becouse u spend most of the time together and makes what to come to work.and you enjoy your job.what I have learnt in my current job .is always make sure you have a monthly budgets so that you spend your money wisely. And if you do get stuck in life in terms of money u can borrow loans but don't over commit yourself by taking several loans .that will result you in being blacklisted etc.the challenge one face while working for loans company you get difficult client.but they is nothing you can do other than.handle the situation as professional as you can.

Pros: yes loanfin has opportunity for growth but it limited becouse one can start as consultant than end up as branch supervisor that all ....you can't be sales manager or let alone be CEO of the company
Cons: hours are OK just working on weekend is another case on it on

Good start up. Not for long term employment

. The company is not built A great company for a start up great chance to learn new thing. The company is not built for long term employment. Salary is probably the lowest when compared to competitors. Salary raise is bad the salary itself is low. There is no room for growth within the company, the management structure is week. I have a good relationship with my coworkers and my managers in fact but they need to change the way they run the company. It's very close to being compared to amateurs running it. Pros: Great start up, learning for entry level
Cons: Not long term security, company management is poor, salaries are horrible, no motivation for staff what so ever.

Good

working at Loanfin was great because I have leant to interact with clients ,as I was working alone in the Office ,I also learnt to be independent ,solve the clients enquiry, Office management ,kept petty cash .

Pros: a great opportunity to promoted

Not bed

It was not bed but at the same time it was not good.because I used to reach the target over then the one they give it to me but I don't get insentive only the salary. I only enjoy the tips of the client and the Christmas Party
