Good

At loads I learn a lot good company to work for, the buyers will give you training about new stock, how to merchandise the stock . Loads is known as a quality unique customer service that we offer. I learn a lot because i can work in all department from the back of the store to the front . Difficult situations i can handle them ,and also how yo handle difficult customers.

It's a good company that lets you explore and learn every department in the store

first thing in the morning clean the floor, replenish stock, count the stock, hygiene(cleaning the shelves and packages of the stock), do displays,change the beds, open boxes and display new stock, assist customers with what they require with a smile my relationship wit my co-workers is good we work well together and individually and we are willing to assist were we can and often laugh a lot

Pros: learning new departmets how the work and how to handle different people
Cons: working long hours standing and being in charge of all the departments and not being for the extra work you do and having a qualification that yu cant use within the company

Great learning opportunity

I enjoy working at Loads as I have gained experience in visual merchandising ,we have a good working relationship with my co-workers most challenging part is that were short staffed and we have to end up being overworked and that can dampened the spirit of being happy @ work but most importantly I love seeing our customers happy when leaving our store by making sure I provide them with exceptional service.

Cons: overworked and no growth opportunities

Salary equivalents

Nice company although it is not trading too well at the moment. Biggest challenge is lack of a decent computer system, and everything has to be done manually which takes up a lot of time.

I'm a very practically person who likes logic, good leadership, multitask able to work under pressure . I can handle difficult custumers , and difficult staff . In 15 years experience I've learn a lot how to merchandise, unique customer service , how to handle difficult situations in the retail .
