I have learnt a lot.

Everyday is a busy day for me at work because I have a lot of duties that needs accuracy and can be very time consuming on a daily basis. I do get along with my colleagues but most of the times they don't bring their part and I feel its disrespectful. I have learnt a lot about finances in the debtors and creditors department. I have learned also to deal with different types of people within my workplace. I enjoy helping others where I can and assist them where they get stuck with a certain duty. I like to fulfill my daily and monthly duties but sometimes its hard to stay on track. My hard work is not being appreciated by team and managers. Sometimes I get overloaded with tasks and I'm expected to complete it immediately. I find it challenging when management don't treat staff members fairly.

No growth in company

It is a very busy industry to work in and there are customers that can be difficult. The most challenging part of my job is when I wait long for outstanding paperwork and this can cause delays in payments. The team work within the company is a bit poor and time consuming when you have to wait on others to complete their tasks first.

Cons: No bonus or incentives for hardwork
