Never give up !

Every day is a new challenge. Being an entrepreneur I am always looking at new innovative ways to push latest technologies to clients. I am always motivating staff especially during economically challenging times as clients are not always willing to see benefits in the long term but rather look at immediate costs. So they are taught to understand clients needs but also give that personal touch to ensure more than just a product is sold. I have learned that business is an extremely viable option if you keep yourself motivated and rub those efforts to those around you. Sharing your vision with others is extremely important as they can understand the life cycle of your efforts. I enjoy closing deals especially one that was not as easy as others. I appreciate the "thank you" from clients down the line when they see the benefit to their businesses. Its touch and go day to day when acquiring new clients which can be very stressful.

It's a good challenge and gives you good experience.

Working in this company is nice and it's a good job to get experience. Working with the Co workers is cool and they fun and helpful. Typical working days bring the usual stuff as to working with day to day customers. I have learnt a bit about certain things pertaining to my studies to help give me basic knowledge on how to work with certain aspects or with pcs and laptops. I enjoy most the hands on work and also grasping and learning new things. The most challenging aspects of my job is working under pressure, getting things done on time but enjoying it as well so that it can be done.

Pros: Helps gain experience to help me move on to bigger companies.
Cons: Long working hours
