Great opportunity for growth and teaches us how to work under pressure

We work from 8 to 16h30. As an intern at little pig it has been a great opportunity for me and a learning curve. The staff members are very polite and teach us as much as they can. I have learned a lot about different programming languages and especially database design and database management. We get challenges that teaches us different approach to different problems. They are very much encouraging team work especially amongst developers. I have enjoyed the agile methodology Scrum framework that we have been using since we see progress day by day in increment form. We have been encouraged to do certificates for different programming languages including networking so that they can aid us in seeking for greener pastures in our fields. One thing that I have enjoyed the most is redeveloping an existing program with a different programming language from the one it was created by.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow my skills
Cons: We have to do a lot in small period of time, which is also an advantage

I am still willing to learn more even though I am stil in the process.

I can work individualy and alone, I can handle any kind of situation at work because I like being challenged as long as i will respond in a possitive manner. I would like to get much jobs to be dne as possible as long as they will make me use my skills and develop more on the industry. I work more when I am under presure and learn a lot when there is a challenge because i do not wanner give up on my task that it can be done by someone else. I enjoy learning anything that is network related in IT.

Pros: I can work work with a team and individual, anything in the indusrty is my passion.
Cons: I can work long hours and weekends

Little Pig focuses on networking and security and training and giving developer a skill.

I have learn MYSQL server, MS SQL server,c#, scrum master and scrum fundamental certificate. I have also got front end certificate on free code camp.

Pros: No such since this is not a big company and is still looking funding in order to accommodate us, so I don't see them hiring me permant.
Cons: this is a great wonderful disadvantage ( they give us eccess work ) but I believe that it will help us in the near future.

Great kearning curve

It is a great company to kick start your career, the environment is friendly, the owner is so intelligent and is always pushing people to take on different challenges all the time. As an intern i have learnt a lot from them. Played different roles that are out of my field of stud which has built me into becoming a better individual.

Pros: Variety of tasks given to an individual and this builds one to take on any challenge
Cons: Stipend is a little too low
