Outstanding and exellent learning curve
I am hard working individual,eager to learn and quick to catchup.determine selfmotivated can work unsupervised great team player too.i am proud to say i managed to learn all our machines during my current time within the company and also archived external qualifications too which is electrical engineering certificate and Engineering drawings successful ly.i still believe i can still do more if opportunity is granted.

Great place
Typical day work Communication with the last shift operator about the line and problems encountered. Housekeeping Monitoring and inspection the standard of the quality of the product Waste management discussion Team building Motivating each other to be the best team in the company Assisting each other when the machines are problematic Rotating around the machines to learn as much as we can in order for our assistance to be effective Learnt that when you do things together, you go far Learnt to be a leader and have a sense of ownership thus accountability and responsibility I enjoying settling disputes and conflicts that arises in my team People leave for greener pastures so I find myself training more and more people resulting in skipping lunches so to keep the production running

Excellent learning curve, Computer literate, problem solver
I get along easily with my co-workers. I do what is expected from me, but I also like team work. I'm not shy to ask when I don't understand what to do. I always try do the best I can. Most important!!! I'm an organized, responsible, trustworthy & friendly person, managing by means of open door approach and honesty and integrity..

Good experience
It was a great opportunity for me, i looked forward to go to work everyday as it was a different experience everyday. I went on road trips to Springbok, Sutherland for deliveries as well. I had a great relationship with al co-workers as i am a very friendly person. We were a wharehouse only guys worked and it was a good environment. I had the opportunity to go for my Forklift licence and i am still willing to do anything to improve myself in every aspect. I may not have papers to some of my qualifications but i can do a lot more as i have saved LGB thousands of rands in many ways as i am very good in plumbing, electrical and sign writing as well. I do my work to the best of my ability and love a challenge as i set goals for myself and tend to put my mind to it so i can reach each one. I am greatful for having worked for LGB as they have taught me a great deal as i have never worked in a wharehouse before and now i can do it closed eyes.
Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: no set time for leaving in the evening.

Its very challanging working here
working here is a good challenge to me as am growing and improving my standard of living i have a good relationship with my co workers that helps me when we are exchanging ideas am learning everyday since this is a big industry my disadvantage is that i want a permanent position

I have learned a lot since the company is also making two litres using blow moulding machine
I have learned different machinery and the process although is almost the same from my previous company , what I like the most is we always work as a team , the most challenging is that we are changing from product to product and we have to do that in time so we can reach our target.
Pros: There's is sometimes an opportunity for the employees to grow

I gained an expirience in machine operating and beverages
I am working under agent,it is nice to work with my colleques here,we have a good communication,teamwork and respect each other but i have to move because i dont get any benefits from the company since im not permanent.
Pros: Oppoturnity to work as a permanent employee
