Excellent learning curve.

Good organisation to work for. But the concern of customer service, leads to disgruntled clients. Employees have no say in making any decisions to better client service. I had a great manager that feed alot of information and was very helpful towards employees. I have learnt how to interact with a client who wants to buy a car and what sort of questions and conversations you have with your client. The most challenging aspect was reeling in clients from the street as the building was situated out of site. I enjoyed working there as it was a fun environment amongst the employees.

Pros: You get to market on your own level and drive different cars
Cons: The owners of the business have no sense of respect for employees.

Co could do much better

Co could do much better if structure is in place to mobilize there stock between branhes. They are stuck with old idiees thats no longer applicable in the fast moving retail world of selling. Theire remunaration structure for sales people way out of line. The remunaration structure of Managers can never if ever be reached. The head office at Wynberg are not an exaple for theire immage and totaly unexeptble for retail selleing of used vehicles.

Pros: Good number of stock
Cons: Bad condition and recoditioning of stock,does not adhere at ALL to the CPA rules,CEO thinks he is god and the law is for other people and not for him.CPA and CCMA does not accist for him or his 2nd in charge.

Learning curve

more like beingWorking at lisacars is more like being a external sales executive as we barely meet walk in client we have to place ads on different social media platform and do applications and assist clients with test drive

Looking to growth

A typical work day for me is - doing marketing on all social media plat forms , Cold calling dealing with quires relationship- we have a open relationship and we have a good under standing trust was build and good communication what have i learn- how to deal with different customers. how to process applications customer needs a enjoy most having a happy customer making everything easier. selling a product or service that customers trust enjoy learning new things challenge getting approval for applications
