No talent pipeline you don't get to learn other things
Friendly staff and hard workers I have learnt that a customer is a king Challenges is when a customer doesn't find what he's looking for especially when it's our regulars,by explaining that it's out of stock it's really a challenge because they don't understand that even the suppliers can be short of goods
Pros: No promotions at all
Cons: Long working hours and no shifts on weekends

Good working curve
I enjoyed every moment at work. A had a great relationship with my fellow colleagues. I have learnt to be patient with customers as we were working with diverse people. I adapted easily and work well under pressure without supervision. I enjoyed busy working days and had no challenges.

Excellent and fast grasper on learning and training.
Good day I am a young energetic, vibrant and motivated person and have 6 years in the management in retail, I have worked with a lot of people from different cultures including their cultural diversities. I have worked with various suppliers including the payments of their accounts and making deals with them on various products. I am looking forward for a job that meets the admission of my requirements as I can work under pressure according to how the company requires and including extended hours. I have a strong working relationship with co workers. i have learned to work independently.
My company is great. I love working for a franchise. They set goals to reach and to maintain the franchise expectations. The owners depend on there management to be the best and to run the store independantly. They have 2 more shops and put a lot off focus on them. I strive to keep the employees happy and the customers. Happy employee happy customer. I have learned a lot by working by myself. I have learned more about finances and working with the comunity.

Cons: No Opportunity to grow further in the company

Best learning experience
I start every day at 8 am and leave at 7 pm dont mind working some extra hours. I have a good relationship and understanding between my co-workers we all get along i don't play the friend game don't pull some of my co-workers befor others everyone should be treated equally. Learning experience is absolutely fantastic can't think of one day that i haven't learnt something new and passing on what you have learnt to your co-workers. Have to say the most challenging aspects of the day is, is doing the day end having to balance the day end report dealing with finance and banking banking being the worst thing always being extremely cereal of my serrounding best part of my day is after everything balanced and i lock up the store.

Greate team work
Understanding each other situation and task made strong development between us and the company. Being able to act as individuals and team couldn't make no difference because of team work.

(1) opening and closing of store (2) checking all staff and store
Great company to work for but at a store level there are some issues and when speaking to store owners there are no changes done about the issues brought to the table
Pros: Working wit a brand name
