Providing high level support, configurations, implementations of services, installation and maintenance of routers and switches in Managed Services environment. Manage the assurance of Managed Networks services through / by: - Efficient Fault Management – follow best practice Incident handling Maintaining high Resolution Efficiency Maintaining Network Performance as per Engineering designs Ensuring Process Compliance, minimising unauthorised changes, findings etc. Installing wifi AP (Ruckus & Cisco) and troubleshooting Produce weekly and monthly reports or Information Statistics to measure compliance to SLA and MTTR.Maintain up to date firmware, software and H/W versions. Maintain an up‐to‐date repository of network diagrams, escalations, TPD to avoid delays during troubleshooting. Identify SPOF and engage Engineering for solutions. Customer support and Help desk

Technical support and help desk to assist client having problems with their Wireless Fidelity internet. In situation where the network is down to many customers you would have to make an announcement using social media networks so that clients dont get frustrated since they will be now aware that the problem will be solved and it also shows that you acknowledge its existence. Also there are instances where you would also ask your seniors if tha problem is too difficult for you to handle hence team working skills are applied.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new skills relevant to the industry

I got retrenched at Liquid Telecom last year December 2020.

I was a Field technician, I have learnt I mers 16 Hillcrest rd Mandalay first. I enjoyed working at Liquid Telecom and I have been working with the company for a very long time. I worked with passion with the team. I like to share my knowledge and experience and skills. y work with pa's) n.

Pros: Working at my previous company was good to me, I learnt so much things
Cons: Please inform the customer on time. Give estimate time to arrive at site.

Excellent learning curve

I worked as a accounts receivable admin for 3 and half years. I enjoyed working there though there was few opportunities of growth due to the bad company structure. We had a good working relationship with colleagues and a great finance team. I have learned to work hard in the company as I was working in a high pressure environment, I have also learned to focus and pay attention to what I do as I was working with lots of transaction in the department. I left the company due to the selling of the consumer department that I was responsible to and the company was retrenching.
