Pros: Glass ceiling they do not have their ducks in a row 3 - 5 yrs waiting period for increase or perm employ
Cons: Staff was employed before department was up and running, we were basically used as ginae pigs and when the company realised that it was a failure dissmissed the staff

Excellent learning environment

I have learnt so much in this company, supply and demand. Customer service and receiving stock for credit and knowledge of debtors and credits department. Statements and understanding of pastel system.

Learning curve

Working well with others doing credits and returns for the company. Making sure everything is up-to-date and always helping others and giving your best in a company. Always learning that understanding is important and knowing to plan our month, week and day is very important.
