Working and interacting with people is what I do best and I thrive in a diverse, fluid environment, I have strong natural skills, but am of the opinion that my attention to detail. I had a great time and it was an excellent learning experience for me.

Learnt a lot about business as a whole,had a very good working relationship with my colleagues and superiors.The job had a lot of pressure but I guess that is what built me to be the employee that I am.

22 years General/Production Management experience.

My Typical work day starts at the end of the previous day that I work 'n production schedule out for the next day. The personal working under me usually wants to leave with me when I leave a company I have good relationships with other staff and also working under my supervision. I mostly enjoy new challenges. Pros: Liquid colour over to Excelsior paint in Zambia. With the expectation to get shares with the company.
Cons: The Zambians are so corrupt it is impossible to run a company where you constantly have to bribe people to get service out of them. It works against my moral values.
