Learning experience

-It all depends in which place you are working at,I have been to West Africa -I get along with my co-workers -I learnt a lot of things from senior Artisans -Traveling to West Africa specifically Ghana Being away from home most of the time

Part of a larger group. Small enough to allow autonomy, but large enough for support.

Abilities include good communicator, excellent leader, visionary strategist, customer orientation, stabiliser. I spend most of my time guiding and managing the direction of the company. Sometimes into a detail level, to ensure the right outcome. I manage the HR of the company as well as finances.

Pros: More in line with my interests.
Cons: New venture.
