Great Opportunity to learn grown and develop

The past 3.5 years have been a tremendous opportunity to learn, grow and develop as an individual. Every day is a different day, presenting new challenges and finding solutions to every challenge always has a great feeling and sense of accomplishment to it. The environment is highly pressurized but there is always a laugh and a smile available and each colleague's desk. I have been presented with an opportunity to be organized, to be exposed to doing things outside of my usual comfort zone. I have watched myself grow from a foot soldier to a middle management post within the three years that I have been there. I have and still enjoy how my job can always easily sway me from my set targets for any day.

Pros: There is always equal opportunities for anyone with potential and enough determination to grow.
Cons: Pressurised environement with very little room for error

Our workplace

My day typically starts with emails as soon as get back from the gym. We have various corporate partners who email at all hours of the day so technically I'm always on standby. Once at the office I meet with my team members to check in on their schedules and follow up on any matters which may require my direct attention. I would thereafter interact with our partners and attend to any concern/query they may have and also liaise with our external compliance officer on issues that need to be brought to his attention. As my functions overlap with various other departments I always maintain a good working relationship with all my colleagues. It is always important to remember that although everyone works in different departments we are all there to drive the company to success.

Pros: I've reached my peak and I believe it is the right time to look for a new challenge
Cons: Not many but one is the fact that I sometimes find it difficult to switch off, I always feel like I need to check emails!
