Excellent learning curve to growing a business

A typical day will include a review of the days tasks to be completed Weighing the urgency of replying y=to emails and following up on those sent previously Liaising with internal staff in sales and underwriting (data / order capturing) Ensuring that correct data is captured and that the external brokers are aware of the premiums due Liaising with the receipting clerk ensuring that payments are captured on time and accurately Ensuring that credit controllers are reconciling and allocating payments resolving disputes and ensuring that collection target are met timeously Monitoring various risk factors and communicating these facts to sales and management keeping a close eye on the limits and various other factors in terms of fees, commissions, re-insurance and forex payments and receipts Liaising with the banks on conversions and fees I enjoy the high paced activity communication filtered through to the various stakeholders

OBJECTIVE

Ordering stationery for departments Handling Incoming invoices and making sure everything is paid in time  Handling Incoming calls and sending them to the relevant person, helping customers with company queries along with all branch expenses.  Managing access tags per the Intercoms  Managing couriers

Its to controll my input make sure everything its done accordily

I am working in a sales environment whereby I recruit the staff I mentor them I courage I praise them but I must also control my input . I work under stressful environment but I can handle well pressure I have ability to reasonable good relations with collegues which will put in a good position to work and allow me to be productive in the job I am social person who blends in well with others I have learnt not to make the harsh decision I must lesson to others before I say my final word .what I enjoy the most to see my staff successful to see them grow to make my budget I hate to loose I always aim high . To get the right people to do the job its very challenging

Excellent learning curve to grow a small business

Always working on the edge , high paced various gaps to fill and able to take the initiative and get the job(s) done Work well with all internal and external stakeholders, I have learned a lot about the industry by engaging with people that have been in the industry for many years. I am confident enough to say that I understand the business pretty well. I enjoy how the industry is constantly changing and adapting. It adds variety to the job. Competition is high and ensuring that the sales team are always in high spirits is a challenge, working with them to ensure a smooth process for our customers is my greatest challenge.
