Entering the manufacturing Company was the greatest move for me.

Lion Match gave an great opportunity to enter the manufacturing world, and i have learned lot more that i thought. The different experts in the company gives one an eye opener as to what to look for in future and how to deal with different challenges. the target set that is in place on daily basis gives one hope to look forward to each day, with energy and enthusiasm.

Hard and loyal worker

I have an excellent relationship with my co - workers and that includes managers as well as the people on the shop floor. The biggest thing that I have learnt in the years as a manager is to treat everybody with respect and you will get the most of the person. What I enjoy most of my job is to stand back and have an overview of the success of the company and my role regarding the success. People will always be the most challenging aspect of any manager's job, but even that I enjoy especially if you could help a person in his hour of need.

Cons: Japanese owned huge cultural clash

Long working day. Have alot off work.

The company is not doing well. I got a relationship co worker. The company is going down. Ther are no money in the company. For last two years. Be for that. Before the company was a good strong company.

Cons: No opportunities. No place to grow in.
