Challenges and growth

I am a hard worker and believe in being productive in every avenue...I love what I do but I need to expand myself in terms of growth and challenges.I don't have any benefits currently eg medical aid nor provident fund.. I have excellent customer liaison skills and is a people's person...I'm always helping out to sort queries.. My challenge everyday is when a customer walks in with a query and I make sure that person walks out with a smile...I believe that there is a solution to everything.

Driver of Medications

I was a driver,distrubutining Medications to Costomers. Collecting of C.O.D regarding payments of Costomers. Helping in general in the Pharmacy.Like parking the Stock and cleaning in the Pharmacy. Stack taking and reciving the parcels. Cleaning of a car when is dirty.

Pros: learn to work underpressure and optained expirience

It’s a Good institution for future sales agent

Link pharmacy is a great institution for interns to learn more about sales and customer services, but there’s a high volume fo of work due to short stuff so you have to be ready to sacrifice your time for lunch sometimes.

Pros: To learn more about sales
Cons: I stand in a one place for 9 hours everyday sometimes i work 7 to 7 just to sacrifice for the company due to shortage of stuff.

Learn customer service is very important as the pharmacy is at the international airport,

As i was also a front shop assistance wil greet customers as they arrive, provide them with products location. And sometimes help them with making buying decisions. My work include taking cash, processing credit cards, issuing receits and managing refunds and exchanges. I enjoy the relationship i had with customers, feeling more welcomed to south africa especially people from international. my relationship with co worker is very good. Lastly most challenging thing is helping out a customer that doesnt know english at all bt sign language always help out.

Pros: being promoted to be a supervisor
Cons: 6:00 to 22:00
