I grew a lot in myself and in my career, it is time to go on

Punctuality is very important in my current work. Attention to detail and open to any ideas and suggestions. i learned to be the best i can be, always on time with any work, to make good decisions in short amount of time and be proactive. my co workers is always helpful ans i enjoy my work environment but i need to grow and unfortunately where i am now is not where i want to end.

Pros: A good working environment, helpful staff
Cons: No way to be promoted in my current work situation

Typical work day First off, of parts and kits, checking of galvanized items, Checking of completed welded parts. Checking of received items. Checking of dispatch items before shipping. Work closely with co-workers everyday. Good relationship but no nonsense attitude. I have learned how a sprinkler system on the farms work , all the components and how its put together. Learned to work on Microsoft Navision, And the ins and outs of the Stores. I enjoy working in The stores Area there within lies great time keeping challenges, It is demanding and there are always changes. Everyday never goes the same

Pros: Good learning experiences, opportunities to study further.
Cons: No growth and future promotion opportunities. You study in your field of work but there are no opportunities to apply it to your job,
