Pros: I don't work for promotions at work. My work attract promotions.
Cons: I only have working hours in principle, but anytime may be my working hour.

Excellent working environment

I worked 8 hours everyday with co-workers was great beacuse team work was efficient and effective. I learned more on writing researches and how to communicate What i most was the duties taking photo's ,branding and meeting people The challenges where meeting deadlines

Creating a better world for those who are willing to be part of it

I am a maths educator who is a mathematician by profession. I studied Bsc in Mathematics and Statistics. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and learners. Working with more than 1000 learners with different behaviors and who come from different background is a challenge. I still enjoy working with them because that's where I find my strength. I've learnt that whatever you do at a working environment should not come between yourself and the employer. You must submit the files and work output in time. Everything must be done at a limited time and should be complicated anyway.

Good Learn Environment

I have emailed learnt the curriculum and culture of South Africa through interaction with other educators, general staff and learners. It also gave me a chance to upgrade my qualifications through encouragement from colleagues. It also made me to acquire skills of working with hard with minimum supervision and that urge to go an extra mile to achieve set goals. I enjoyed the lunch hours where people would eat from the same plate to show love and spirit of sharing the little that is available. The most challenging part of the job was to keep learners in class concentrating against all things that may disturb their minds.

Cons: Long working hours and sometimes even working on weekends

EXCELLENT ON SKILL

Managing diary of Chief Director. Typing weekly schedule every week. Making claims for transport and S&T. Recording outgoing mails and incoming mails. Order stationary. Making copies, faxing and scanning. Taking and typing minutes. Preparing accommodation for CD.

Excellent training and development strategies

I work in a very good government organization. My co workers are well informed about what is expected from them. I have learned a lot from my work. I've learned how to be productive and professional. I enjoy working with youth because their minds are still fresh and innovative. Challenges about my job is when I deal with people who does not want or like changes

We teach everyday from 7:30-14:30,we are a team of 30 staff. I enjoy interactions with learners . what's challenging is people who don't do their job as expected

Practical experience at limpopo department of Education

Working at the department i have gained much of experience and learned about the importance of hierarchy. Having a supervisor who is who is always obsessed about finishing work it has been a little challenge about at the end of the day i learn and very fast. Woiwkrh different offices has taught how to complete tasks and multitasking as well as goof interpersonal and communication skills

Challenges at the work place

Working here is a challenge due to lack of teaching and learning material, another thing is the language barrier, I'm Swazi and the community is Pedi
