I am a flexible person who adapt easily to changes and always make best out of any situation.I am pleasant person to work with as I have learnt to be part of a group while growing as well as in the workplace. I have learnt to contribute to any project when working with other members of a group.I know it is important to do my part as a system cannot function to its full potential if one component is not working. My open minded and friendly personality allows me to relate well with people and coordinate activities.resources and time

Pros: Stated, as telesales ,receptionist,debriefing and cashier
Cons: Depending on my work being up ti date for the dat each day and making sure that everything important is dine and up to date

From fridge supervisor to process supervisor and doing manager's job in his absence

Working hard to achieve goal and sometimes you knockoff late.Planning orders and make sure that you work according to the plan.I have good relationship with workers helping them where they experience problems. Good communication makes me a better leader and make workers around me enjoy their work.Poor product,huge volumes of production with less equipments.

Pros: We mostly reach the target and make better quality
Cons: Long working hours with no holidays and Sundays

Zelda Sadiki teacher's journal

The learner's are my responsibility on a daily basis. They take care of their own learning but i make their learning easier by performing the seven roles of a teacher which briefly includes lesson planning, mediating, assessing, and giving them feedback. I also have to handle learner administration such as keeping record of their attendance registers and their Portfolio of Evidence's. My relationship with my co-workers is that i am always a positive, encouraging, honest and enthusiastic person and i always show empathy when needed. Respect in a professional environment is very important despite ethnic backgrounds. I am well spoken in both English and Afrikaans. I have learned how to en-foster discipline in my classroom and abiding to COVID regulations. What i enjoy most is unwinding on a Friday and relaxing after a hard but successful week. The most challenging aspects in my job was having to learn while teaching. That was tricky but i can say hard work pays off.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: The good thing is we work 8 hour's per day.but you are also allowed to work overtime if you want to so they you can get your job done.its a good company for work experience

Excellent training

Limpopo dairy is a company situated in Makhado, it is a company focused on equipping students and training students in different career fields. I have learnt different laboratory practices and the importance of quality control in a FMCG. I was exposed to chemical handling and also performing internal audits. I learnt in a work place we learn every day and that communication is key.

Pros: Great work exposure
Cons: working long production hours

More than 3 years in quality assurence experience in monitoring, reviewing and inspection. I am holding an FSSC 22000 and internal pest control training ertidicates. I am a good team worker with excellence Communication and supervising skills

I was working limpopo dairies

I was working limpopo dairies, we were working 9 hours a day sometimes we were working over time and on holidays we were communicating with our boss on how we would like to work on holidays, I was working well with other I Ighbi was working team work and doing well and finishing the assigned tasks before deadlines, I have learned to work well with my team and I believe in team work and I have enjoyed working with my team they were very nice. The most challenging aspects was when machines fail and we unable to finish the task in time

Cons: Getting free meal every Friday

EXCELLENT

I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE, MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS ARE SO GOOD, WE TREAT EACH OTHER WITH RESPECT AND LOVE, I HAVE LEARNT THAT WE NEED EACH OTHER TO DO THE JOB NO MATTER WHAT THE POSITION YOU ARE ON.

Cons: IN CASE OF A BREAKDOWN, I WORK LONG HOURS, TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

Good exposure to work environment

Limpopo Dairy has the opportunity to offer great exposure to the work environment, there are a lot of work sectors that must come together for the product to sell. I fall under the engineering sector and I was responsible for the machinery that produced and packaged the dairy products. I was working a 6 men team where we would perform maintenance work on the factory where the product was made. The greatest challenge we faced was management. The maintenance department did not have a manager and we often found ourselves not knowing what was going on in the factory . We would often be scrutinized by the factory manager and other departments for not doing our jobs but our jobs were not clearly defined us. À day at Limpopo Dairy would prove tiresome.

Pros: The employees are motivated
Cons: Mismanaged
