Looking for growth and a permanent job

Limitless marketing is based in umhlanga. Its a small call centre company where i was working as a quality assurance agent,basically assessing call..making sure the agents are doing everything that the company requires. We worked a straight 9-6 shift and 2 saturdays in a month. The company was a great place to work in interms of the employess being friendly and assisting where they can but there's just limited growth within the company. I have learnt to be very resilient and also be a team player also learnt to be more self motivated because at times there would be negativity within the company but one had to pull up and be positive at all times. What i had enjoyed the most in my job is helping to grow new agents coming in, training them to be the best they can be because i am a very helpful person.

Great learning curve

With this company there are good working hours, that being said the is no equal opportunity to better yourself or have certain chances for promotion. Limitless marketing provides the correct platform to learn new things.

Working as a team

I have learned a lot like more computer skills,being more patient,working as a team as well as working hard and pushing to meet targets.i have learned not to leave things for later but make sure my job is done by the end of the day.yes we do face problems on some days but make sure we resolve them together as a team.we help eatchother out.time keeping has become very important in our department and we pride ourselves on that.

I am a self driven individual who is very consistent when it comes to completing a task and I am self motivated. I am able to work under pressure. I adapt easily to change. I am a very fast learner and hard working. I have excellent computer skills. I am currently studying for a Diploma in Information Technology 3 years (1st year completed).
