My passion

Good day I have always been in sales and management. I love the industry and find it very challenging and changing every day. I have learned never to burn your bridges and always build on all relations ships especially the difficult ones. I must say I am one of the best sales manager still out there, and the reason why I can say this is because that is what I have been told by the top management of the suppliers that I work with example Johnson & Johnson. My sales team knows that I turn thing around, that is exactly what I did in my current position. The most important thing I have always believed in, was to motivate people but also to be a strong leader, and to lead my teams to success. The most challenging of my job is to insure that we achieve targets every quarter. this keeps us focused and driven at all times. My passion for sales will never end as long as live. Regards Estelle

You find me at a right time mature stage, good experience and education

I like to work as a sales representative or territory manager , I resigned at department of education because was no challenge me, I like to negotiate or to talk every day and solve problems, and I'm good in decision making, planning organising leading and control is my meal. In terms of employees I always open for suggestions to view their respective to make them happy all the time, because I'm willing to learn from the organisation, top management, middle management and subordinates

Good Communication

i am a well spoken individual with good communication skills with the employees / employers and time management i f can get this opportunity i will do all my best and in a manner you will be proud of

Excellent learning curve

Our company was a nice company to work for until the company was sold, my current company can not guarantee me a position wen new owners take over there for i am puting myself out there for a better opportunity as i have a family to support and dont want to get a surprise at the end of the day retrenchment ect.

Pros: Its a Monday to Friday job
Cons: There is no proper structure
