I have acquired a lot of skills and experience

With the experience and knowledge I have acquired as an occupational health nurse practitioner I believe that now I can work with any kind of the industry. I have a very good relationship with the co_workers and management. If it was not about me wanting to grow more and gain more knowledge and skills from different industries, I would not be applying for other opportunities. And again financially I'm not satisfied. I work for 8 hours, Monday to Friday. The most challenging part is that sometimes we see employees who are sick but we have no medication for them. The company doesn't offer that service only occupational health services.

Pros: With the experience,I have great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Little salary
