Excellent growth opportunity

My work consists of various facets and require me to be able to multi-task and project manage as I manage a corporate client portfolio of more than 10 corporate clients. This job resides within a consulting environment and you are to be on top of your game all the time. Further, I am also managing a team of 4 permanent team members that focus on managing client relations and various other projects. My job require me to travel a lot and I am out of the office quite a lot, this has helped me to grow as an independent and motivated employee being able to manage projects remotely and also to keep in touch with my clients. The most challenging aspect of my job is to juggle my time and all the dimensions of my own wellness. Therefore I make time to be with my family, to take regular breaks to energise myself but also to stay in touch with my office and my team.

Pros: Very diverse industry that requires candidates to be on top of their game
Cons: Long working hours, a lot of traveling, limited time can lead to increased levels of stress

Gained a lot of experience and team work

Answer calls, assess, contain and refer clients Follow up with client and affiliates. Lot of administration Assist client who accidentally exposed to HIV in get PEP treatment. I also work after hour twice a month.

Pros: Opportunity to learn and interact with different people from all walks of life
Cons: Long hours and lack of growth

Relationship management is about managing client relations - this is what I do for a living

A great positive self-driven environment. Project management skills are crucial as events, projects and ad hoc initiatives take place throughout the existence of the programme. I am also managing a wellness team of other relationship managers, event coordinator and administrator. I spent approximately 70% of my time traveling to clients within South Africa and neighboring countries.

Pros: Meet many people, to be on top of your game at all times, update with new information and technology.
Cons: Long working days, extensive travelling, managing work-life balance becomes tough at times.
