Life Healthcare Group Reviews

My working life at LIFE

been working at Life since 2004. started as a Doctors Receptionist, 4 years later Ward Secretary than Nursing Secretary now National Secretary. I'm ever so grateful that I climbed the ladder gathering as much information on my way. it is always nice to reflect back to how things were and how things are now. the old saying " You never too old to learn" plays a huge part in everyone's existence. I work with wonderful people without exaggeration. I have learnt a lot from my current line manager, been a Doctor and a person with a MBA. He always wants the best for all our team mates and expects us to excel in all we do but not limiting us to our full potential. the challenging part is that our work load has increased a lot and because perfection is an expected thing, mistakes are bound to happen. its always a learning experience.

Pros: learning new things - ever evolving technology
Cons: increase work load with same about of working hours
