Excellent progression in professional development in my current company

I have interaction with all levels of management and all levels of nursing staff. I do a good have a rapport with the external companies that provides services to our company - Cleaning-, laundry-, catering- and security companies. My company provides opportunities to apply for bursaries and introduce developmental programmes to aid professional development within the company.

Pros: Oppertunities for professional development
Cons: No enough remuneration

Hard working and always willing to learn and I’m a team player

Very good company, allows us to grow within it. Offers great career opportunities. I’ve learned so much from working in it.although it’s not always a smooth sailing but we get by. I’ve gained a great sense of leadership skill it

Pros: New learning curve
Cons: Will to put in some overtime where necessary
