Life Green Group Reviews

Incredible opportunity to grow intellectually exponentially in terms of the landscaping

A typical day would be reading emails, setting up appointments seeing clients, and putting out fires or over compensating for a crappy manager colleague or director. I have good relationships with my colleagues. They get me through some tough times, but I try and not take twork home. I have learnt a great deal about boundaries, self worth and confidence, and the games people play in the heirar hy of the corporate system. I have learnt how to manage all sorts of personalities, without compromising my own.i enjoyed meeting new peoe and being on the road. Learning about horticulture. The most challenging aspe t has been having to give yourself your own worth in a company that chooses to never appreciate or incentives its staff. And dealing with jealousy and compdtitivenessbecause of that.

Pros: I enjoyed the freedom of not being micromanaged
Cons: Chaos, no internal structure at all

Due to my previous management and employment positions I’ve acquired strong business acumen

Due to my previous management and employment positions I’ve acquired strong business acumen, can use own initiative, and have the ability to communicate with staff members on all levels and under all circumstances, thereby achieving goals, targets and deadlines set for me by the company.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, good people
Cons: salary
