Very busy every day very good relationship with co-workers not much , as I have come with 23 years experience from my previous being very busy costing and pricing as it is very competitive

Not much learnt , i thought more of what i knew

I actually did not learn anything at current company I came here from my previous company with 22 years of work experience I actually thought this company a lot of new ideas of my previous knowledge the both companies deal with the same items very busy hands on company work under very tight lead times very good relationship with co-workers not much learnt but I shared more of my knowledge costing , buying and planning is very interesting and a challenging position the job is very interesting enjoy all aspects Challenges is we deal with Chinese manufacturing companies

Cons: very long working hours including weekends

Challenging and good learning curve

very busy work days very good relationship with co-workers I have been in this industry for 33years Most of my experience came from my previous company where I worked for 22 years The difference between my previous job and this current job is as follows previous job did little outsourcing current job is 100% outsourcing therefore current job is a little more challenging cos you have to have proper control to manage all your goods outside the company but since I have the knowledge and don't have too many challenging aspects , but one or two pops up now and then. I enjoy being hands on and love to work under pressure

very hectic work days work with very short time lines very good relationship with co workers did not learn much as I have a lot of previous experience high pressure to find solutions at the depth

Didnot learn much as i have joined company with 22 years experience from previous job

good company very busy as we deal with customers with very short timeline relationship with co workers very good not much as I have taught co workers a lot of things working under pressure meeting deadlines and customer deadlines costing

Have 33 years of work experience

very busy very good relationship I have 33 years of work experience in last 3 companies work under pressure meeting customer deadlines I am relocating to Johannesburg need a job to start off need to earn between 25k to 30 k loyal honest and hard worker

Pros: very hard and reliable worker
Cons: have worked loing hoours for the last 27 years including weekends
