Extensive exposure to requireemnts for Kellogg's, Mars Foods, Unilever and Mass Mart

Leading the FMCG factory in terms of: 1. Planning 2. Organising 3. Executing 4. Monitoring across all work streams, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Maintenance Maintaining good IR across the plant. I enjoy working with different people and solving problems. I have challenges with old equipment that has been poorly maintained and finding new ways to keep the staff motivated to deliver against targets.

Pros: Lots of learning
Cons: small factory, not very challenging

Production supervisor

I started to work at libstar with systems that were out dated.I installed production boards on our lines to monitor our hourly runs and to see where we lost production time.This has make it easy to see which machinery needs attention.i also empower the workforce to help with decision making.

Pros: Work with people that really want to learn and develop
Cons: Work long hours
