Excellent learning curve

Im in a liquor industry and the company that im working for is still growing. So there are many challenges that one faces in trade but its only up to an individual how they want to receive these challenges and for Me they are learning curves because i grow and get more experience through them. But at the same tym i feel the company can still do alot to help its employees rather than to keep ecpecting results while they not helping the sales force.

Cons: no enough support

Good learning curve

The company needs to invest in its employees and pay them what they are worth, otherwise they will find themselves not having a reliable work force. Just people who come in and work a coulpe of months then leave with the experience.

Pros: good opportunity
Cons: long non remunerated working hours
