Grateful for the opportunities created however its time for a change

Every day has a fresh set of tasks and deliverables. The team is great, we stop to laugh and just break the manic. I've grown from leasing manager to senior analyst to asset manager. I enjoy having the ability to make decisions and access to executives. The stress is constant.

Pros: Great environment
Cons: No balanced life

Excellent environment

There is nothing wrong with the company, I need a change of environment and routine. I have direct access to the executives i.e. CEO, FD and COO. I currently manage a mall in a township and the commercial assets in the portfolio. I am looking for more retail exposure.

Pros: Wonderful culture, wonderful people
Cons: There is no work-life balance. We work under immense stress, that can be sometimes avoided
